This architecture combines Performance-cores and Efficient-cores into a single die with Intel® Thread Director, enabling IoT and edge computing use cases with up to 1.36 times faster in single-thread performance and up to 1.35 times faster in multi-thread performance compared to 10th Gen Intel® Core™ Processors. With up to 32 graphics execution units, it allows for a high degree of parallelization for AI workloads, combined with built-in AI acceleration from Intel® Deep Learning Boost (Intel® DL Boost) and the Intel® Distribution of OpenVINO™ toolkit, achieving up to 2.81 times faster GPU image classification inference performance.

The AIV-ADS7A1 features a rich set of I/O interfaces, including 1 GigE LAN, 1 2.5GigE LAN, and 4 USB 3.2 for high-speed data transmission use or high-resolution camera use. To facilitate easier installation and maintenance of data, customers can easily remove the bottom cover to change storage devices or install 3rd party wireless modules. The AIV-ADS7A1 also provides 2 M.2 slots with 1 Nano-SIM slot to support Wi-Fi/4G/LTE/5G/GPRS/UMTS wireless networks and third-party I/O expansion modules, allowing users to have flexible expansion options.  The AIV-ADS7A1 provides power input ranging from 9Vdc to 32Vdc with power ignition on/off and over-voltage protection. It also includes a CANBUS communication port, offering flexibility, optimal power integration, and trusted reliability for in-vehicle computing, public security, and various Edge AI applications.

Acrosser Releases Product Video for 35-mm Onboard Computer: AIV-HM76V1FL

acrosser Technology, a world-leading onboard computer manufacturer, releases the product video for its 35-mm-high fanless in-vehicle computer, AIV-HM76V1FL. The footage displays a full view of each angle of this ultra-slim in-vehicle computer. All input and output interfaces are fully demonstrated with the computer lying horizontally on its 35-mm I/O surface. It takes not only substantial R&D effort to develop hardware with such thin client dimensions, but also numerous production checks to guarantee quality for on-road tests. This thin hardware platform showcases Acrosser’s expertise in industrial PC manufacturing.

The video familiarizes systems integrators and application engineers with the user interface (UI) for BIOS modification for power management settings. The ignition is used not only to turn the vehicle on and off, but also the vehicle PC as well. However, not all vehicle users follow the same ignition process; a subsystem to delay startup of the vehicle PC is necessary for some users. Therefore, we created a system that allows users to manually alter the power mode of the vehicle PC on ignition.
